When you make a purchase or use our Software, we collect limited information necessary for commerce and licensing:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Name and Email address.
  • Transaction Data: Order ID, date of purchase, and amount.
  • Payment Processing Note: Your payments are handled securely by our third-party processors (LemonSqueezy or PayPal). We do not see or store your credit card or banking information. These details are encrypted and managed entirely by the payment provider.
  • Licensing & Technical Data: To prevent unauthorized use and manage your license, the Software collects a unique Hardware ID (UUID). This links your license to your specific device to ensure valid activation.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information strictly to:

  • Generate and deliver your unique Software License Key.
  • Verify your license status and manage device activations.
  • Provide technical support and notify you of software updates.
  • Comply with global tax and legal obligations.

4. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your data. We only share information with essential service providers required to operate:

  • Payment Processors: LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record) and PayPal for secure transaction handling.
  • Licensing Management: Securely managed via cloud-based databases to verify your Hardware ID and License status.
  • Analytics: We may use tools (like Meta Pixel or Google Analytics) to track website visits and purchase conversions.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your email and license record for as long as your license is active so you can recover your account. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, though this will result in the deactivation of your Software license.
