Refund Policy

At Joy Tech Enterprises, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Because our software products are digital goods delivered via instant download and license key, we have established the following policy:

1. “Try Before You Buy”

We provide a Free Trial for all our software (including Joy PDF Powersuite). This trial allows you to test the features, compatibility, and performance of the software on your specific system before committing to a purchase. We strongly encourage all customers to use the trial period to ensure the product meets their needs.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided once a license key has been issued or activated. However, we may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the software is completely non-functional on your system and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same license twice.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the license has been activated.
  • Failure to use the Free Trial prior to purchase.
  • Software being used for purposes other than those described on our website.
  • Licenses terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., reverse engineering or HWID spoofing).

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted to support@joytechenterprises.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
