  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Joy Tech Enterprises. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any software products, tools, or services (collectively, “Software”) provided by us. By using our Software, you agree to these Terms.
  2. Software Licenses
    Each software purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license.

HWID Binding: For security, our software may be locked to your specific hardware identity (HWID). Unauthorized attempts to transfer a license to another machine or spoof hardware identities are prohibited.

Prohibited Acts: You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our Software. All Software is protected by obfuscation (e.g., PyArmor) to safeguard our intellectual property.

  1. Trial and Evaluation
    Some Software may be offered with a “Trial Version.”

Trials are for evaluation only.

Attempting to bypass trial limitations (such as date resets or page limits) via system manipulation is a breach of these Terms and will result in a permanent ban of your HWID from our servers.

  1. Payments and Refunds
    All payments are handled via our third-party processor, Lemon Squeezy or our website.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once a license key has been issued or activated.

Chargebacks: Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in the immediate and permanent deactivation of your license keys and HWID.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranty
    Our Software is provided “As-Is.” While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Software will meet all your requirements or be error-free. Joy Tech Enterprises is not liable for any data loss, financial loss, or system damage resulting from the use of our tools.
  2. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joy Tech Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
  3. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
